Size and fit

Fits true to size. If you are between sizes, take the larger one — the upper moulds to the foot after a session or two.

Description

Master Class TPU cleats. A light, snug cleat for players who run in behind and beat defenders for pace.

  • Best for: Strikers and wingers
  • Also good for: Attacking full-backs
  • Play style: Speed
  • Foot: Snug and narrow. Best for narrow to regular feet.

Mercurial Superfly 9 Elite CR7 FG follows the Mercurial Superfly 9, the collared half of the Mercurial speed family, as a TPU football cleat: a sock-like collar that hugs the ankle, a thin upper that sits close to the foot, and a stud layout made for explosive first steps. This is the Cristiano Ronaldo (CR7) colourway.

It comes on an FG (firm ground) soleplate, made for firm natural grass — the right choice for most grass pitches in dry or slightly damp conditions. Playing mostly on artificial grass? Have a look at our artificial-grass cleats instead. Available in EU 39 to 45.5; most players take their usual size, and if you are between sizes, take the larger one.

This is a TPU cleat, like everything in our cleats range: the midsole is moulded from TPU, so it flexes with your foot and returns to shape rather than cracking, while the outside keeps the original design's shape, finish and stud pattern. It is not a licensed original — you are buying the cleat, not the badge. It is made for weekend matches, five-a-side, weekly club football and training — not for professional competition.

At a glance

  • Surface: FG (firm ground)
  • Build: mid-cut sock collar, laced
  • Upper: Vaporposite+ style
  • Sizes: EU 39–45.5 (UK and US in the size chart)
  • In the box: the cleats in their box, a drawstring cleat bag and a free gift — shin guards, grip socks or a shoe horn
  • Delivery: free tracked worldwide delivery, with 14 days to contact us if something is not right
