Size and fit

Fits true to size. If you are between sizes, take the larger one — the upper moulds to the foot after a session or two.

Description

Master Class TPU cleats. A light, low-cut cleat for players who run in behind and beat defenders for pace.

Best for: Strikers, wingers and defenders
Play style: Speed
Foot: Snug and narrow. Best for narrow to regular feet.

The soft-ground version grips on wet, muddy grass, where defenders and keepers need a steady footing.

Mercurial Vapor 16 Elite New FG/AG/SG is a TPU football cleat built on the Mercurial Vapor 16 design — the low-cut half of the Mercurial speed family: nothing around the ankle, a thin upper that sits close to the foot and a stud layout made for sprinting.

This model is available with three soleplates, and you pick yours with the surface selector: FG for firm natural grass, AG for artificial grass and SG for soft, wet natural grass. Available in EU 39 to 45; most players take their usual size, and if you are between sizes, take the larger one.

Like every cleat we sell, this is a TPU cleat. The midsole is moulded from TPU rather than the cheap plastic used on budget cleats, so it bends with your foot and springs back instead of cracking, and from the outside it keeps the shape, finish and stud pattern of the original design. It is not a licensed original, and we will never tell you otherwise. Made for weekend games, five-a-side, club football and training sessions; for professional competition, buy the original.

Size guide

Between two sizes? Take the larger one — a cleat should sit snug, never tight.
