Returns/Refunds Policy

At FitFootball.co, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible orders. To qualify for a return or refund, your order must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached
  • The product must be in its original packaging where applicable

Important: Customized products with personalization (names, numbers, or custom designs) are not eligible for return or refund unless there is an error on our part.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Customized kits with personal names, numbers, or special designs
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Please ensure you carefully review your customization details before completing your order, as customized products cannot be returned simply due to change of mind.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take quality seriously and inspect all products before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Critical Requirement: You must report any damage or defect within 24 hours of receiving your order to qualify for a free replacement.

Qualifying issues include:

  • Torn or ripped fabric
  • Damaged appearance or print quality
  • Color fading or bleeding
  • Incorrect customization details (names, numbers, or designs)
  • Wrong size sent (if the error is on our part)
  • Manufacturing defects

For damaged or defective products, we will send you a replacement kit at no charge, and you may keep the original item. There is no need to return the defective product to us in these cases.

4. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps carefully:

Step 1: Contact Us

Initiate your return request by contacting our support team via email at info@fitfootball.co or through WhatsApp. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Provide Documentation

Send us clear photos and videos of the product, showing the issue (if applicable) or the current condition. This helps us process your request quickly.

Step 3: Await Approval

Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days. We will notify you of the approval or need for additional information.

Step 4: Ship the Product (Change of Mind Returns Only)

If your return is approved for a change of mind (non-customized items only), you will need to:

  • Pay for return shipping costs to our warehouse in China
  • Package the item securely in its original condition
  • Send us the tracking details once shipped
  • Ensure the product arrives at our warehouse undamaged

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change of mind returns. We will provide you with our warehouse address upon approval of your return request.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product at our warehouse, we will process your refund according to the following timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the returned item
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

What is refunded:

  • For errors on our part: Full order value including original shipping costs
  • For change of mind returns: Order value minus return shipping costs you paid

Original shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to an error on our part, such as wrong item sent, defective product, or incorrect customization.

6. Exchanges and Replacements

We offer exchanges and replacements under specific circumstances.

Free Replacement (Our Error):

If we made an error (wrong size, defective product, incorrect customization, or shipping damage), we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. You may also choose a different kit of equal or lesser value as a gesture of goodwill.

  • No need to return the defective or incorrect item
  • Free shipping for the replacement
  • Option to choose a different product if preferred
  • Exclusive discount code for future orders as an apology

Paid Exchange (Change of Mind):

If you wish to exchange a non-customized product for a different size or style:

  • You must return the original item to our warehouse (you pay return shipping)
  • You must pay for shipping costs for the new item
  • The exchange is only available for non-customized products
  • Both items must be of similar value

Important: Customized products cannot be exchanged for a different size or style, even if you are willing to pay shipping costs, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

7. Shipping Damage

If your order is damaged during shipping, we take full responsibility and will resolve the issue promptly.

Minor Issues (Simple Resolution):

If the damage is minor and can be easily resolved with simple guidance (such as a small stitch or cleaning), we will:

  • Provide detailed instructions to help you fix the issue
  • Offer an exclusive discount code for your next purchase as compensation
  • Ensure you are completely satisfied with the resolution

Major Issues (Replacement Required):

If the damage is significant and cannot be easily resolved, we will send you a replacement kit at no charge. You do not need to return the damaged item.

24-Hour Reporting Rule: To qualify for a free replacement due to shipping damage, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. After 24 hours, you may still request an exchange, but standard return shipping costs will apply.

8. Wrong Size Received

Size accuracy is important to us. If you receive the wrong size due to our error, we will correct it immediately.

Our Error (Wrong Size Sent):

  • We will send you the correct size at no additional cost
  • No need to return the incorrect item
  • Applies to both customized and non-customized products

Customer Error (Wrong Size Ordered):

  • Non-customized products: You may exchange for the correct size by paying return and new shipping costs
  • Customized products: Cannot be exchanged or returned as they are personalized for you

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary
  • Contact your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
  • If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@fitfootball.co

We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

10. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it enters processing (within 3 business days of placing the order). Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@fitfootball.co with your order number. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
