How Long Does Shipping Take?
All orders are processed within 3 business days. This includes preparing your customization (printing names, numbers, and attaching patches), which we do carefully to ensure the highest quality. We allow proper drying time rather than rushing with machines to maintain premium standards.
After processing, delivery times are:

Is Shipping Free?
Yes! We offer completely free shipping on all orders with guaranteed delivery. No minimum purchase required.
In rare cases where special circumstances require additional shipping costs, we will announce this clearly on our website before you complete your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
As soon as your order is handed to our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order in two ways:
- Visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your tracking number
- Use the direct tracking link provided in your email
We use YunExpress for international shipping, which then hands over to local carriers like DHL, FedEx, USPS, or your country's postal service for final delivery. You will receive email updates at each stage.
Tracking Activation: Your tracking number may take 24 to 48 hours to become active in the system after dispatch.
How Is My Order Delivered?
Your order will be delivered directly to your door by your local postal service. No signature is typically required unless specified by your local carrier.
In some cases, your local postal service may have specific restrictions and may ask you to collect your package from their office. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and provide all necessary details.
What If There's a Delay?
Occasional delays are a normal part of international shipping and can occur due to weather conditions, political situations, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is delayed:
- Please be patient and continue tracking your package through the tracking link
- Check for updates from your local postal service
- Contact us if you have concerns or need assistance
We monitor all shipments closely and will proactively contact you if we notice any significant delays.
Can I Change My Address?
Address changes are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, please contact us immediately so we can check if your order has been dispatched.
- If not yet dispatched: We can update your address
- If already dispatched: Address changes are no longer possible
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order to avoid any issues.
What If My Package Is Lost?
We take full responsibility for packages lost during shipping (before reaching you).
If your package is lost or held by customs:
- We will send you a replacement at no additional cost
- You will receive an exclusive discount code for your next order as an apology
- No need to file claims or handle paperwork
If your package is held at your local post office:
You must visit the post office at least once to attempt collection. If you still cannot receive it after trying, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Important: You will not be charged any additional fees for lost or customs-held packages. All costs are covered by us.
What If I'm Not Home?
Your package will be delivered to your door. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the courier will typically:
- Leave a notice with instructions for collection
- Reattempt delivery on another day
- Hold the package at your local post office for collection
Important: If you do not collect your package and it is returned to the sender, you will be responsible for visiting your local post office to receive it. Please respond to delivery notices promptly to avoid return shipments.
