We guarantee the quality and condition of all products shipped. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting info@fitfootball.co or via WhatsApp with photos of the damaged item.
We offer a 14-day window for processing damage claims. Approved claims will result in a replacement product or full refund at our discretion. For lost packages, please contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Your tracking number will be activated within 24 to 48 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once the package is handed over to our shipping partner. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Address changes are only possible before your order enters the processing stage (within 3 business days of placing your order). Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part (such as incorrect size sent or customization mistake). You are responsible for ensuring all customization details including names, numbers, and sizes are correct before completing your order.
If we make an error in your customization, we will remake the product at no additional cost. Please double-check all customization information carefully as orders cannot be changed once production begins.
